Refund policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you have any concerns after completing a purchase – you bought the wrong form, you bought a PrintForm version when you really need a FillForm, your access expired sooner than you expected – please get in touch and we will do our best to make it right.
Your best point of contact is the live chat feature at bottom right of every page, available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM and sometimes outside those hours. You can also send inquiries to info@stevensness.com.

Exchanges
We don't have a way to modify a completed order and substitute a different item for the one you originally purchased, so usually the fastest way to ensure that you get what you want is to notify us of the problem and request a refund, and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you when we have processed a refund for you. Once we've done this, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve notified you that we processed a refund and you don't yet see it on your account, please contact us at info@stevensness.com.
